Cacao & Sacred Breathwork Ceremony

As a Trauma Certified practitioner, I help support people to have a better understanding of the nervous system and it's role and function - supporting those to create a better relationship between the brain and body. I've worked with clients that have suffered complex trauma, PTSD, Abuse (of all forms), and therefore its imperative for me to hold an safe unbias non-judgemental space for individuals to explore their inner world at their own pace.

This journey offers a transformative exploration of mind, body, and spirit as we delve into the harmonious blend of Cacao and Breathwork.

We will begin with some grounding exercises such as meditation and gentle breath to centre our energy before the journey ahead. I will then open the space with invocations and gratitude to the elements, directions, pachamama, and more before serving our cacao and setting our intentions.
