Sensory Support

Sensory Support is my 12 week signature programme with 3 core pillars to bring together past & present knowledge, learnings and tools post assault, concussion and PTSD that have helped to navigate my healing journey, rebuilding and shaping my mind/body/spirit relationship, healing internal conflicts, looking at cognitive and physiological responses and establishing new habits, pathways and patterns that are congruent to our desired outcome of healing.

Three Core Pillars

Each week we have a live call and over the 12 weeks have 3 guest facilitators who are experts in their field.

Pillar 1: Conflict to Peace (utilising Breathwork therapy daily recorded practices)

Pillar 2: Confusion to Clarity (utilising Havening Techniques recorded practices)

Pillar 3: Dis-ease to Intuition (utilising Cacao Plant medicine)

Sensory support was a beautiful group coaching programme that was a fantastic mix of science and spirituality that supported me to create a better relationship with my senses and therefore regulate my nervous system. Adam is an amazing coach who is incredible at holding space for everyone, I always felt safe to express myself in his sessions and this in turn has also helped me grow my confidence in group coaching containers. My favourite part about this programme is all of the practical tools Adam gives you. He has an amazing ability to teach about big concepts while also bringing them down to earth and into small actionable steps. This is my second time working with Adam over a 3 month period and I can truly say it has been an extremely worthwhile investment. If you are considering this programme, definitely jump in! There is so much to learn in here, it’s truly life changing.

My goal was to feel rejuvenated and have clarity around some big decisions I needed to make in order to move forward and let go of the need to be constantly busy. The course was well set out and packed with great material to guide me to allow me to work through the current challenges and really ground myself and enjoy life again. The course was a good mix of theory (where we listened and learned about the pathophysiology and anatomy of senses and systems responsible for each sense, and how they interact with each other), and practical sessions, where we applied the theory to really allow us to integrate the learning into our daily practices. I really enjoyed the guest speakers, especially the movement element and indigenous application to the senses. The most challenging aspect for me was the breath work and silent meditation. However, I have come to love these tasks and have integrated them into my daily self care routine. This is a phenomenal program and I highly recommend working with Adam

I am 1000% glad I did this course and would recommend it to anyone. The level of support you offer on a personal level along with the time and effort you put into the weekly practice videos goes well beyond anything else I have done over the years. Being able to go back and rewatch and access the videos for an additional six months provides space for integration at a pace that feels right for me.

You have a real skill for creating a space that feels safe and inviting yet challenging in the best way. Not only have you impacted my life for the better but the skills I have learnt are being carried into my mahi which ripples out and impacts their lives for the better as well.

Through the Sensory Support course I have received knowledge and real skills which I have incorporated into my life. I realise that my brain IS capable of healing and learning through challenges and is able to concentrate plus multitask!

Your intuition drop-in skills I have now integrated into my regular life. Also when I’m under stress I have found the textural distractions incredibly helpful. As well as other techniques learned during the course of the programme.

You created a safe supportive environment for learning, with an enormous amount of knowledge and information. Your expertise and caring nature were very supportive and comforting. The supplied sensory items were delightful and generous and totally practical. Engaging each of the five senses with an awareness and presence has been something of an epiphany and transformative for me.
